From any saved report, click the Share button to generate a shareable link. Copy the link and send it to anyone who needs to view the report. Recipients can view the report without creating an account.

Operator Access Codes
For Inspection Forms, you can generate an operator access code when saving a template. Anyone with the code can fill the inspection form from the public fill page without creating an account. This is designed for shop floor operators using shared devices.

Inviting Collaborators
From the share modal, you can invite specific team members by entering their email address. They will receive an email invitation with a link to view the report. If they have an account, the report will also appear in their "Shared with me" section.

Viewing Reports Shared with You
Reports shared with you appear in the "Shared with me" tab on your dashboard. You can view and download them but cannot edit the original. The list shows who shared each report and when.

Tips
- Use shared links for quick sharing. Use email invitations when you want the report to appear on the recipient's dashboard.
- Operator access codes do not expire unless you regenerate them. Change the code if an operator leaves the team.
- If you update a saved report, the shared link automatically shows the latest version. No need to re-share.
