What Happens When You Finish a Wizard
When you complete the final step of any quality tool, your report is ready. You can save it to your dashboard (requires a free account), download it as a PDF immediately, or both. If you are not signed in, you can still download the PDF by entering your email address.
Resuming Drafts
If you leave a wizard before finishing, your progress is saved automatically as a draft in your browser. When you return to the same tool, you will see a banner offering to resume your draft or start fresh.

Creating an Account to Save
To save reports to your dashboard and access them from any device, create a free account. You can sign up with your email or use Google sign-in. Saved reports are stored securely and can be shared with team members.
Downloading PDF Reports
Every quality tool generates a professional PDF report that you can download, print, or email. The PDF includes all data, charts, and diagrams from your analysis. Enter your email on the download page to receive the PDF link.

Tips
- Drafts are stored in your browser. If you clear your browser data, drafts will be lost. Create an account to save permanently.
- You can download the PDF as many times as you need from the download page or from your dashboard.
- If you need to share a report, use the sharing feature instead of emailing the PDF. Shared links stay up to date if the report is revised.
